Break the cycle of chronic pain, stress and fatigue
You have tried the advice, the routines and the willpower. Yet the same pain, tension or exhaustion keeps returning.
At In Focus Healing and Wellness Clinic, we help you explore the physical, emotional, lifestyle and habitual factors that may be interacting in your experience—and support you in identifying a steadier way forward.
You are not failing at self-care
If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone—and you are not doing it wrong.
These are not signs of weakness. They may be signs of a pattern worth understanding.

The problem is not always a lack of knowledge
Many capable people already know the theory: eat well, sleep more and manage stress. Yet the same patterns can continue.
Pain, stress, fatigue and other body-based symptoms are real, and they can have many contributors. Sometimes physical symptoms, everyday pressures, sleep, habits, emotions and responses to stress can interact in ways that make even helpful advice difficult to put into practice consistently.
Understanding your own pattern can be a useful first step toward identifying a different next step.
Meet George Dellas
George is a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, naturopath, remedial therapist, author and educator based in St Kilda, Melbourne.
He takes physical symptoms seriously, considers the wider context of your living environment, life experiences and health, and works alongside your existing medical and allied-health care—never in place of it.
His approach draws on more than three decades of clinical practice and a genuine curiosity about why capable, self-aware people can still find themselves caught in recurring patterns of pain, stress and fatigue, despite doing many things “right.”

The Chronic Pain Loop
Why Stress and Habits Can Keep Pain Going — and How to Interrupt the Cycle
This self-paced educational mini-course explores patterns that may be influencing recurring pain, stress and fatigue. It introduces practical ways to notice your body’s signals, understand the loop around your symptoms, and explore small, realistic circuit breakers.
It is designed for people who want to understand the “why” before diving into another set of instructions.

The Food Rhythm System
Food rhythm can be one practical area to explore when considering digestion, energy and daily routine. Rather than focusing on strict rules or an “ideal” diet, Food Rhythm looks at when, how and what you eat in the context of your daily pressures, capacity and routine.
The Food Rhythm System offers a gentle, rhythm-based approach to food that may support greater consistency around eating and help you reflect on patterns affecting digestion, energy and your relationship with food.
“Food Rhythm is not about eating perfectly. It is about creating a way of eating that is more workable within the life you are actually living.”
Breaking Beta
